As a clinical psychologist, I practice from a psychodynamic or psychoanalytic perspective. This means I aim to help individuals understand underling conflicts and factors that prevent people from being their optimal self. I specialize in addressing emotional and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, anger management and pain management. I offer a range of services, including individual, marital/couple, and family therapy. Occasionally, I incorporate hypnosis procedures along with other useful therapeutic techniques to enhance the healing process. I work with people to help understand the various ways they struggle to be the person they want. It is through this insight that people are capable of best being the best version of themselves.
